Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently

- Review medication orders for appropriateness and ensure patient safety

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients

- Conduct medication therapy management and patient counseling

- Participate in utilization review activities to optimize medication use

- Monitor patients' response to drug therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals

- Experience with utilization review processes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
