Are you ready to join our dynamic engineering design team as a Staff/Graduate Engineer? If you're passionate about making a difference in municipal/public works projects, commercial and private development, and water resources, then this is the role for you!
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Assist in the preparation of civil design plans and specifications under the guidance of experienced Project Engineers and Project Managers.
- Perform in-depth analysis and calculations using cutting-edge engineering software, contributing to the success of diverse projects.
- Utilize your technical prowess to prepare reports, letters, and project schedules using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Play a crucial role in permit applications, meeting minutes, and compiling field observation notes to ensure project compliance.
- Hone your skills in engineering and design by working with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-leading software.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering degree from a reputable institution.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, or eligibility to obtain it, with the Texas Board of Professional Engineering and Land Surveyors.
- 0-5 Years of experience in civil engineering, with previous internship experience being highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and master additional engineering software.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively manage time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable and dependable nature, coupled with a keen willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of our seasoned Project Engineers and Project Managers.
