Valeo Resources has partnered with a non-profit community health SUD/mentla health organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time NP/PA to join the team in San Francisco, CA!
The Integrated Care Center Clinic is a federally qualified health centers that provide primary care, behavioral health, addiction treatment, psychiatry, dental care, and more. We provide care to those most in need including those who are suffering from homelessness, mental illness, substance use, mental illness, and chronic medical conditions.

Position: Staff Clinician NP/PA

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Offered

Responsibilities:

  • Provides comprehensive care, within the scope of credentialed privileges and standardized procedures, to patients in a team based delivery model
  • Documents care promptly and following charting protocols and applicable CA state licensing requirements.
  • Completes patient sessions in a timely manner.
  • Ensures appropriate follow-up for all aspects of ordered care (e.g., specialty referrals, laboratory results, radiology reports, etc.).
  • Responds to patient requests for information and assistance (e.g., form completion, prescription refills, etc.) in a timely manner
  • May supervises students as appropriate.
  • Maintains availability for various administrative/clinical duties as requested by supervisor (e.g., case presentations; in-service training to staff.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a master's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience working in a clinical setting as an NP/PA.
  • Possession of a valid California license as an ANP or FNP with furnishing number.
  • Possession of national certification from the AANP.
  • Possession of BCLS/CPR certification.
  • Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate.

Desired but NOT required:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English.
  • Experience with electronic medical records.
  • LGBT Cultural competence and able to work with a diverse population.
  • Comfort working on teams and with safety net populations

Benefits offered:
  • Salary depending upon experience: $190,000-$220,000
