Staff Business Systems Analyst, Workday Adaptive
Location: Santa Clara, CA or US remote
Responsibilities
- As the Business Systems Analyst, you will support the Workday Planning domain area and manage daily support activity across Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite Core Financials
- Your primary responsibilities will include daily operational support, participation in project activity, product feature requests, and assisting with the adoption of feature enhancements
- Work with the various business stakeholders in the support and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning models
- Facilitate the process of configuration changes in Workday Adaptive Planning or NetSuite Core Financials and ensure compliance is met throughout the process
- Prioritize and triage tickets and requests from department stakeholders to provide expectations and respond to business support questions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into the effective and efficient application configuration
- Interact with our product management and customer support teams in support of the business and evolving product
- Demonstrate understanding of system design and functionality by being able to identify potential issues and offer creative solutions and alternatives
- Effectively communicate status updates and risk assessments to the management team
- Be part of a dynamic team that offers global financial solutions, operational support, and the opportunity to lead change through the company
- Conduct training sessions to help build long term Employee Self-Sufficiency capabilities for our employees across the enterprise
- Ensure needed compliance documentation and process are being followed
Qualifications
- The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a collaborative, resourceful, and independent self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction
- Minimum 8+ years of Workday Financials administration experience,
or other relevant ERP (Oracle, Netsuite, SAP) or Financial (i.e.,
Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning) systems support experience - The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has an ambitious work ethic, a go-getter mindset, and the passion for making things happen
The pay range for this position is $82,139 - $203,392. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
