What are we seeking for?
We are looking for committed attorneys willing to review and analyze documents to identify what information falls within the scope of discovery by analyzing and deciding its relevance to a particular case or dilemma.
Responsibilities:
As a document reviewer, your responsibilities include analyzing documents to determine their relevance, responsiveness, and confidential or privileged nature while maintaining a sustainable pace of documents reviewed within Lanier's standards. You will also investigate the facts of specific plaintiff cases through direct contact and verify the identity of items through legal expertise. Through it all, you will work with electronic discovery and case management tools honed for ease of use and identification of these and other issues you will encounter. Law firms employ document reviewers to review documents and case files with a large volume of documents, especially during the discovery phase.

Requirements:
- Current active membership and good standing with any State Bar.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited Law School.
- Ability to identify & catalog the relevancy, responsiveness, confidentiality & privilege of a large volume of documents.
- Be a resident of Puerto Rico.
