Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Perform Beginning Of Day (BOD) activities for Agent's office. BOD - Beginning of Day Duties would include working daily, late pay reports, underwriting requests, handling inbound service calls, etc.
