Established in 1994, we have been in Carol Stream, IL from the beginning and added an additional facility in Bloomingdale, IL. A Japanese owned manufacturer of stamped and welded products, supplying the automotive industry with performance auto parts, related to emissions, fuel, and exhaust.
FIC America Corp. is actively looking for a Staff Accountant to join the team.
Essential Job Functions
- Excellent Data Entry Accuracy
- Detail Oriented
- MRP Accounts Payable (manufacturing components)
- Inventory Analysis
- Inventory Costing and Analysis
- Assist with Quarterly Physical Inventory Counts
- Support Inventory Control
- 3-Way Matching of Invoices
- Complete journal entries and reports as required
- Provide assistance and data to external auditors as necessary
- Work closely with other Accounting personnel to ensure accuracy
- Follow standard work instructions
- Perform other duties assigned
Other Job Functions
- Comply with FIC’s Safety policies and procedures
- Comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures and standards

Minimum Job Requirements
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with other departments
- QuickBooks is a plus
