SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Reconcile all corporate treasury accounts in US and Canada
- Process and file all sales and use tax reports and payments
- Reconcile assigned sections of the General Ledger
- Create journal entries to the General Ledger as required
- Manage and produce production reports
- Reconcile assigned transactions in Accounts Receivables
- Obtain, file, and maintain national, state, and local business licenses and records
- General accounting tasks as assigned by the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing corporate finance, treasury, accounts receivables, and general ledgers.
- Experience with a fully integrated manufacturing ERP system is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of banking software, Excel, and Word
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
- Has the strong ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing at all levels
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
