General Summary:
To provide administrative support in all phases of accounting, and coordinate special projects as assigned by performing the assigned duties.
General Duties:
- Accounts Payable Accurately enter vendor bills into accounting software.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and manage contracts, as necessary.
- Credit Card Management Manage with banking provider user access, receipt reporting, and financial statement reporting.
- Perform Accounts Receivable function.
- Credit & Collections Perform follow up with customer past due invoices. Work closely with the Manager Customer Service.
- Vehicle Fleet Management External reporting from vehicle fuel vendor, authenticate and process vendor fuel bills, maintain vehicle documentation and state reporting.
- Responsible for 1099 compliance and annual filing of tax forms.
- Prepares schedules, reports as requested.
- May assist in budget preparation by generating reports, or updating schedules.
- Protects operations by strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Prepares for internal and external meetings.
- May perform administrative functions.
- Helps coordinate activities between departments and outside parties.
- Completes projects and special assignments, as requested and by deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 2-4 years relevantaccounting experience.
- Accounting software system experience - Oracle's NetSuite ERP.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Knowledge ofgeneral ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Understanding of intercompany journal entries and accounting.

- The employee must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
Work Environment:
This position is in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. May be exposed to dust, and fluctuation in inside temperatures.
