Job Summary and Qualifications

The Staff Accountant is responsible for calculating weekly projections, monthly financial reports and create monthly journal entries and reconciliations. Assists with budgetary worksheets. Supports Market Controllers with financial projects and hospital departments' productivity. 

What you will do in this role:

• As the Accountant, you will be responsible for reconciling all balance sheet accounts and preparing standard and correcting journal entries in relation to month end close.
• You will be responsible for the completion of all items pertaining to the monthly post-closing review and the monthly financial review spreadsheets.
• You will be assisting with the annual budget and the monthly input of statistics.
• You will support Market Controllers with financial projects and hospital department's productivity.  

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree, or Work Experience in lieu of Degree
