Staff Accountant – (Billing Coordinator/Some AP) - Job Responsibilities:
Seeking a candidate with general bookkeeping experience that includes Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Experience with Accounting software and Excel along with some college training. A high level of accuracy needed for verifying and processing billing documents and maintaining a customer database.
Staff Accountant – (Billing Coordinator/Some AP) - Job Duties:
- Generating final billing documents
- Verifying the accuracy of billing documents
- Maintaining customer database for accurate billing
- Posting payments
- GL billing account reconciliations. - using Excel
- Assist CFO with weekly and monthly billing summaries.
