Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking a Accountant for a direct hire position located near the Irvine Spectrum. Position will be hybrid after training.
Pay $85,000 to $95,000
Responsibilities for the Accountant:Will be responsible for the monthly close process and preparing the monthly journal entriesResponsible for account reconciliations Responsible for the sales/use tax filingsSupport income tax researchPrepare the income statements, balance sheets and other financial reporting Assist with the annual operating budget, forecasting and variance analysisSupport the financial reviews and auditsAssist with process improvements
Requirements for the Accountant:BA/BS in Accounting or Finance4+ years of full cycle GL accounting experienceStrong knowledge and experience with sales/use taxesStrong reconciliations experienceStrong Excel skills and SAP experienceSolid written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills
