To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:
- Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
- Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
- Responsible for all activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivable job duties.
- Records data in control records.
- Vouchers invoices into computer system, balances and posts to the sub journals and the general ledger.
- Writes checks or prepares vouchers authorizing payment to vendors and ensures timely payment to all vendors.
- Posts all cash receipts and processes all deposits to various banks.
- Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
- Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
