```Duties:```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide support for decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) regulations and internal controls.
- Utilize accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quicken or similar applications.
- Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements.
- Experience in private equity or governmental accounting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
