The ideal candidate will embrace our culture and have the qualifications in mind:
Responsibilities

• AR and AP functions
• Payroll
• Monitor and review transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ability to identify accounting issues, then research and work to resolve or propose solutions to the problem(s)
• Assist in developing internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with reconciliations and audits
• Perform other functions and special projects, as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks online (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate sound judgment and ethical behavior
• Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• High energy level, self-starter with a positive, customer-centric attitude

Salary Description: $75,000 to $85,000 annual
