Role:
As a Corporate Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting both the controller and assistant controller in the general accounting functions. This will include general ledger accounting, month end close, revenue accounting, journal entries, reporting, trail balances, fixed assets, etc. This role will have a critical impact on the revenue cycle which would include billing, accounts receivable, collections, revenue recognition, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assist controller and Assistant Controller with journal entries, general ledger, month end close, trail balances and financial statement preparation
• Perform account reconciliations as well as analysis for various general ledgers
• Perform revenue accounting; revenue recognition, etc.
• Assist in the preparation and review of accounts receivables, collections, billings, etc.
• Work within Excel to create customize reports
• Work cross functionally with different division leaders to understand accounting impacts
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience or internships.
• Workday, SAP, Oracle or other ERP experience is a huge plus

Working Situation:
