Oak Grove Technologies is looking for a Stabilization Program Subject Matter Expert to provide technical, administrative, program, and training support services to CIEDS. This includes support for the development, sustainment, and enhancement of personnel who are ready to respond to FBI FOs for both pre-crisis planning and response to critical incidents. The SME is expected to provide expertise in crisis management, technical and tactical operations, and to also provide enterprise-wide situational awareness, dissemination of strategic information, and present training programs in diverse areas of operations at FBI FOs, Federal, state, local, and international partner locations. Training will occur throughout the continental United States and possibly overseas.

Responsibilities- Provide technical staffing for the sustainment courses and field office training, facilitate the development of the field office training plans, active support in the execution of the assessments and training curricula, conduct and document field office assessments of their overall readiness, development, and documenting of AARs, active participant within the CIEDS and FO command post training and coordination between STAB and FBI entities to ensure consistent training curricula.
- Assist the CIEDS with coordinating resources, preparing briefs, and facilitating meetings or technical exchanges with the Department of Defense (DOD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs).
- Establish and maintain program management operations in the areas of program planning, monthly status reports, meetings, conferences, and financial management.
- Assist CIEDU and STAB in identifying requirements and opportunities for integrating new technologies and capabilities within the STAB program.
- Assist in identifying capability gaps and opportunities for technology maturation.
- Support transmitting equipment to the field and maintain an equipment inventory to include equipment conditions and repair needs.
- Support receiving, shipping, and inventory tracking of all spares and consumables.
- Support the sustainment and fielding of equipment for the CIEDU including, technical support, fielding and repair, life-cycle replacement status, and equipment documentation to determine operational stock requirements (inventory, maintenance).
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess a top-secret (TS) security clearance based on a fully - adjudicated Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or Periodic Reinvestigation that was completed or initiated within the last five (5).
- Experience as an SME in a military or law enforcement intelligence, counter - IED or military EOD field, demonstrating increasing levels of competency.
- Experience preparing and maintaining reports, project files, and presentations relative to assigned programs.
- Must possess or be able to obtain SCI access.
- Experience in curriculum development
- Willingness and capacity to collaborate with other SMEs to create polished course materials and understand complex requirements.
- Experience providing equipment support in the areas of technical support, fielding and repair, life-cycle replacement status, and equipment documentation to determine operational stock requirements (inventory, maintenance).
