Senior Project Engineer - Transportation (All KY locations - Louisville, Lexington, Frankfort, Somerset and Prestonsburg)

Qk4 seeks an experienced and talented Senior Project Engineer to join our Transportation team in one of our Kentucky offices. If you have successfully worked on Kentucky transportation design projects and enjoy collaborating with others, here is your opportunity to work in a great atmosphere, with seasoned peers and professionals!

How you will spend your day:

• Effectively deliver transportation design projects using computer assisted engineering and design software.
• Analyze data, reports, maps, and drawings to generate project design plans.
• Collaborate with project team members, client representatives and agencies to resolve project complexities.
• Provide technical expertise and engineering guidance to project team. Shares knowledge and mentors less experienced engineers and technical support staff.
• Works at team and individual levels to increase skills and capabilities while promoting team environment.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer license in KY.
• Minimum of 6+ years of transportation project management experience, KYTC project work required.
• Demonstrated capability with MicroStation and other applicable software.
