An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Regional Sales Manager to represent.
the Fiplex by Honeywell line of business within the Life Safety Services business unit.
Please note: The prospective candidate must reside within the territory.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitating the introduction and conversion of the Fiplex line of Emergency Responder
Communication Enhancement System (ERCES) products, as well as enhancing the
experience of the customers in the territory.
Maintain and promote company quality objectives in all activities associated with
conducting business.
Create a territory marketing plan to include maintain existing business and to identify and
develop new business partners and opportunities to meet or exceed financial goals for
the year.
Create and maintain key account plans for the territory to support growth with key
partners.
Create, maintain, and develop relationships with Systems Integrators, Engineered
Systems Distributors (ESD's), engineers, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ's), and end.
users. Educate these groups regardless of their level of understanding.
Research and report on competitive product and marketing information.
Develop and present information on new product and / or new releases to integrators,
distributors, end users, engineers, etc.
Using market data such as REED to identify target areas.
Track all activities and opportunities in Salesforce.com
Must Have's:
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
A minimum of 5 years in outside sales and territory management handling multiple states.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.

Radio Frequency (RF) industry experience preferred.
Ability to work non-standard hours and travel 60-70% of the time.
