Department: Ascension Technologies- Schedule: Full time, Day
- Location: Remote
Apply technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.
- Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures.
- Successfully troubleshoot most applications problems independently.
- Participate in design, contributing technical insights and ideas.
- Help formulate project scope and objectives.
- Work with customers to understand and explain business and technical issues, respond to user problems, explain new technologies, and present deliverables.
- Write basic documentation of a new or proposed system.
- Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
- Contribute to project plans, RFP's and RFI's.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- At least 1 yr. experience administering CyberArk users or setting up users in Active Directory
- Knowledge of CyberArk users, Safes & Platforms
- Knowledge of CyberArk components
- Experience with running Powershell or Python scripts and making minor modifications to scripts
- Knowledge of Active Directory Security groups
- Ability to represent the Team on Technical Bridges
- Understanding of MFA in complex environments
