- Typically requires a BA/BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with emphasis in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related Technical field with minimum 3+ years' relevant or equivalent experience
- An active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- Product Owner experience
- Experience with products releasability algorithms
- Experience with the Atlassian resource suite, specifically: Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment and being part of a highly integrated team working closely with SW, Integration and Verification teams
- Experience in some or all Systems Engineering functions including operations concept development, system and product design, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control
- Experience establishing and maintaining working relationships with all levels of the organization, including Government Customer, IPT leadership, Technical Leads, Chief Engineers, and System Architects
- Experience communicating status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including senior management, customers, and major subcontractors
- Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
- Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operations
- Scrum Master experience
- Current Product Owner certification
- Experience working in a software development environment
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience in development of test architecture / framework
- Systems Engineering process development and deployment experience
- Experience overseeing and/or leading Systems Engineering teams
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Cameo EA, and/or similar resources
- Attend technical interchange meetings with team members and other Program personnel
- Represent the organization in matters pertaining to the development of project activity
- Provide status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks while meeting assigned deadlines.
