The Senior Store Operations Field Specialist provides HomeGoods/Homesense operational support and direction through partnering with key stakeholders. They focus on impactful programs (vendor relations, sourcing, etc.) and initiatives to drive operational efficiencies. This person interacts with cross-functional partners within the organization to collaborate on business priorities and strategies. They will initiate and lead Store Operations projects, identify opportunities for cost savings, and partner with Field Management to ensure best in class service is provided to our stores.


Who We Are Looking For:
You.


  • Supports with store operational initiatives (supply management, shopping cart/containment, beverage program, etc.). Resolves issues and takes appropriate partners as needed.
  • Provides new store opening and existing store support related to communications and coordination of operational supplies and equipment.
  • Manages various projects related to best practices, expense management and equipment sourcing. Identifies opportunities and develops implementation strategies.
  • Prepares analysis and reporting to identify trends and partners with appropriate stakeholders to socialize results with leadership.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders on initiatives and communicates strategies that will drive results.
  • Engages with third party vendors as needed to maintain existing relationships as well as develop new partnerships.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3 years in Store Operations position or equivalent store experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities with a solutions-orientated mindset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint that can be used to analyze data from various sources and generate reports to help drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and team orientated environment.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to deliver results.

This is a hybrid role that requires being in the Framingham, MA office two (2) days per week. We are not open to the role being remote.
