Papa John's Shift Leader/Supervisors are dynamic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works together to increase profits and provide superior customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for executing cash management duties with POS and Shift Reports, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized. Your leadership skills will be crucial in building an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cash management duties with POS and Shift Reports
• Manage inventory levels to minimize loss
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized
• Comply with safety and security standards at all times
• Lead a team with no supervision and foster an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
• Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members
• Professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns or issues

Requirements:

• High school degree
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
