Located at our office in Naperville, IL or Mt. Laurel, NJ, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. A regular in-office HYBRID model is required (generally in office Tues/Wed/Thurs. and remote M & F).
Position Summary
Located in Naperville, Reporting to the Sr. Manager QA and Automation, the Sr. QA Automation Engineer is responsible for quality - testing and automation efforts for the enterprise application portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Work on testing efforts for Projects and BAU/Enhancements as assigned and track to completion
• Collaborate with project team on creating Test Strategies and Plans
• Create test scenarios with appropriate feature coverage, perform test case peer reviews
• Design and execute test cases with an Automation First approach
• Appropriately log, track and manage defects
• Communicate clearly on deliverable statuses, blockers, and mitigation plans
• Be a leader in the continuous improvement of the product and your team

Experience and Qualifications of the Role
10+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with writing automation test code and utilizing leading industry standard tools (Selenium, Postman, Cucumber/Gherkin, IDEs etc); AccelQ preferred.
• 4+ years in SQL
• 2+ years in API/JSON/webservices testing experience
• Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or salesforce.com/force.com platform
• Experience working in an Agile/scrum delivery methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline
• Ability to collaborate across core teams and ease in working with both business and technology groups.
• Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines with ability to manage several priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
Education
Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field Required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certification in testing practices preferred
