To provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department; to monitor all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates; collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
- Four (4) years exempt experience in Project Management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems.
- Experience in use of Project Management/planning software.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills.
- Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- Ability to exhibit strong problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to design, develop and implement projects, programs, solutions, and process improvements from concept to successful implementation.
- Ability to interpret and translate data to make recommendations.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
Work Location(s)/Domicile
- This position will be in Memphis, Tennessee.
- Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs.
