The Nordstrom Media Network (NMN) is an advertising program enabling brands to share their stories with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customers via on- and off-site media campaigns. Its a natural next step in our “Closer to You” strategy and allows brands to conveniently connect to our customers with personalized recommendations and experiences. The NMN team is expanding and seeking to hire a savvy and motivated self-starter who can take the lead in delivering against an advertising revenue goal across an assigned account list, through new business development & customer retention across Nordstrom.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager of Operations to support the Nordstrom Media Network (NMN). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Non-Endemic strategy and initial outreach, representing NMN with cross functional partners and overseeing day-to-day advertiser approval for our current Non-Endemic programs.
This is a remote position and Nordstrom can offer remote employment of this position in all US states except AR, MS, MT, NE, NH, ND, SD, VT, WV, and WY. Some travel will be required.
A day in the life …
Act as the Non-Endemic Lead for inquiries and outreach including partnering with Loyalty Partnerships Manager
Explore/build a business case for net new endemic program tactics, this includes working closely with Analtyics on measurement
Serve as the GTM lead for new offsite, non-digital channels including Events, Visual Merchandising and more, this includes training the sales/account management team and ensuring a smooth roll out
For new channels, partner with cross functional teams to build a sustainable process intake, billing, execution, and performance share out
Be the main point of contact for the NMN creative agency and Sales/Account Managers while we iron out best-in-class ways of working. This also includes working closely with Nordstrom Creative on Brand Guidelines and serving as the liaison.
Track and share performance with Salesforce specialist and Sales leads, and call out concerns and discrepancies
Own the relationship and ongoing process with in-store focused corporate teams
You own this if you have …
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in retail media. Bonus if with a luxury retailer
Experience managing cross-functional teams and building relationships with external partners
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects from ideation to execution
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence others
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
California: $110,000 - $218,500 annually, Colorado: $110,000 - $185,000 annually, Connecticut:$110,000 - $210,000 annually, Hawaii: $110,000 - $185,000 annually, Nevada: $110,000 - $185,000 annually, New York: $110,000 - $218,500 annually, Rhode Island: $110,000 - $185,000 annually, Washington: $110,000 - $210,000 annuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
