Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Manager will primarily be focused on our internal products and systems supporting EBGs Shared services teams including Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, Data Security and Privacy, and Financial Risk Management. This position will be expected to use product management principles, such as customer discovery, product discovery, prototyping, business analysis, data analysis, QA testing, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, etc. to provide strategic support to the departments outlined above especially driving business initiatives requiring technical solutions. This position can be based in Orlando or Aventura (Miami).
- Understand the current and future state of EBG systems supporting our shared services departments.
- Define and execute against the segment of the product roadmap under your leadership working with Sr. leadership to prioritize and manage the backlog of shared services business initiatives including payments, accounting requirements, financial reconciliation, data privacy, financial risk management processes and tools, etc.
- Lead stakeholder discovery exercises, scoping, project prioritization, and provide effective communication and status updates.
- Understand relevant business objectives, impacts and opportunity costs and be able to articulate high level business value drivers on projects.
- Oversee multiple, concurrent projects/initiatives where market and business priorities often affect prioritization.
- Write and manage epics, user stories, and bug stories with QA and business minded acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that business requirements are understood, considered, and properly documented, and that technical solutions satisfy the requirements with appropriate future-looking flexibility.
- Serve as the main point of contact and primary interface between engineering, UX, the key business stakeholders on the product vison, status, key project milestones, and challenges
- Participate in vendor evaluations and make build vs. buy recommendations on external product solutions.
This role reports to the Vice President of Product and is responsible for overseeing, developing, and leading the strategic and tactical functions of EBG’s products that support technology that power EBG’s platforms.

Qualifications- 5+ Years’ experience in Product Management and/or Shared Service technology strategy roles.
- Possess a general understanding of payments and financial transactions in an ecommerce system.
- General understanding of data privacy, PCI standards, and risk management as related to transactional ecommerce payments is a huge plus.
- Ability to perform data analysis during system testing for validation and audit of financial system enhancements.
- Possess superior communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and use of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to conduct thorough business analysis to identify, understand, and document business requirements.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically and execute methodically.
- Solution oriented, with the ability to think critically and creatively and to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, tailored for specific audiences.
- Comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment where frequent trade-off decisions and prioritization changes are encountered.
- Understand E-commerce data and metrics as they apply to financial management, legal, and risk management business areas.
- Experience in the Travel and Entertainment industry or employee benefits discount programs is a plus.
