As a Sr. Product Manager of Healthcare at LG NOVA, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities relating to researching, designing, and marketing digital products related to health and wellness. Duties include completing market research to find out more about competitor products or customer needs, overseeing a team of product professionals and department budgets and coordinating with the engineering team to ensure alignment of business requirements and technical specifications.
What You'll Do:
- Use market research to get ideas for products that customers will want.
- Help to oversee the design and planning of how to market and promote the product to the public.
- Compare the company' s products to competitor's products in order to assess competition in the market.
- Provide management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management.
- Design and oversee research to determine the needs and desires of customers.
- Participate in the development of company products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations and market demands in adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
- Establish master schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Take product enhancements through the various phases.
- Write business requirements for enhancements and new products.
- Contribute to new product ideas and make internal presentations.
- Work with the engineering lead to build a product development plan that meets the business needs.
Desired Experience:
- 10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience working at a startup is a plus.
- Experience developing SaaS or PaaS products is required.
- Domain knowledge in one of the following; health care, digital health & wellness, chronic disease management, transitional care, employer benefits programs.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is required

Compensation:
- Base salary range at the level posted is between $140k - $200k, depending on experience.
