Position: Sr Power BI Developer/Power Platforms
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Must be local - Hybrid 3/2)
Duration: 12 months
Overview:
Software Developer will be responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and mapping Power BI and Power platform programs. Migrate out of legacy manual reports to automated solutions to Power BI and Power Platforms.

KEY SKILLS TO REVIEW

• Data analytics SQL power BI, Data modeling, Power automate Power apps Fundamentals of data solutions not just visual. tableau and Cognos as a plus
  
• SharePoint a plus
  
• Software Developer will be responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and mapping Power BI and Power platform programs.
  
• Migrate out of legacy manual reports to automated solutions to Power BI and Power Platforms.
  
• 12 months with possible extension we want somebody very super senior.
  
• Absolute heavy-hitter Rockstars that are local and hybrid.
  
• It is someone who will do basic work and also someone who is delivering high-quality reports they have to be willing to do everything
  

Qualifications:

• Use of other BI-related tools (Cognos, Tableau or PowerBI) is a nice to have.
  
• The ability to work self-directed is essential for this role.
  
• Ability to work directly with both business and technical resources is required. Relationship building is core to the role
  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and delivering reports and data to support the business needs.
  
• The analyst will also translate high level requirements into design specifications to develop replacement or net new reports.
  
• The analyst will determine the appropriate solution for development based on tool availability and data access for the tool with SAS being the main tool for general reporting.
  
• The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring data governance documentation is developed and loaded into Collibra.
  
• This includes partnering with the business to gather business definitions and business value for the report. SAS development knowledge is required.
  
• This is augmenting existing staff so there will be regular duties such as ensuring daily / weekly reporting is delivered to the business on time and without issues. There will be manual reporting involved in this role.
  
• This team has critical business reporting that was inherited that needs to be delivered.
  Long term the team will continue to migrate manual solutions into SAS based production solutions. Being a team player is essential and coming together to make sure the day to day work gets done is key.
