Position Overview:
This position will be part of Global Front Office IT organization to manage and deliver CRM/ Marketing solution such as CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation at global level, with primary focus in North America (NCSA) and Europe (EMEA). Our ideal candidate will coordinate with the company CRM & Marketing team in to deliver necessary IT solutions to facilitate Customer Management and Marketing in different sales channels including offline stores and eCommerce processes, bring best business values via IT solution, provide best customer experience in multiple ways. They will also coordinate with cross function to operate retail IT solutions smoothly, stably.
This personManager will support Retail Front Office Senior manager to deliver long/mid-term roadmap based upon priority and manage implementation process. He/she will be the front line working with business stakeholders and others IT teams in the Region for solution delivery as well as daily operation for multiple CRM applications.
A retail industry experience in multicultural-international landscape is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Part of solution owner team to deliver the overall CRM & Marketing application landscape, with clear understanding of the main processes such as CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders; global digital & Marketing team, regional CRM team to understand business process/ operation procedure, collect business requirements, review / maintain application enhancement/optimization based on priority.
  • Interact closely with other global IT functional team - Retail, eCommerce, SAP ERP, BI team to properly address business needs and enhance overall solution landscape.
  • Manage L2/L3 support in the Region (as part of Global support structure) for CRM/Marketing applications, work as Administrator to handle operational tasks if necessary.
  • Coordinate / communicate properly with Regional IT team to execute operational processes, to enable Regional IT teams in NCSA/EMEA to be properly trained to support business process / application in the country.
  • Produce & Maintenance documentation of CRM IT Applications to facilitate standardization & harmonization of IT processes at global level.
  • Follow application governance and change management process to deliver change request/ improvement on configuration & integration flows.
  • Lead and deliver enhancements/ projects with both internal and vendor resources, including delivery of business process documentation, requirement specification, system design documents, testing (system integration test and UAT) and user training manual.
  • Regularly review application adoption and propose initiatives to increase business adoption.
  • Understand the company strategies, research market best practice to continuously propose new ideas to support business needs.

Requirements
Experience & Key Competencies:
  • Hands on experience in CRM & Customer Lifecycle application -CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, SFMC and broad exposure to other domain such as POS, eCommerce, BI, etc. Knowledge & Experience on eCommerce Web Tracking and Email Marketing is a plus.
  • A demonstrated knowledge of IT solution delivery process including requirement collection, feasibility study, system design, testing, deployment, and end-user support.
  • Understanding of the technical environment needed to support a CRM and customer data management environment (communication, security, privacy)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills including active listening, clear presentation (writing and speaking), as well as coordination, persuasion, negotiation, and social perceptiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills (operational, technological and systems) for complex problem-solving, solution definition and root cause analysis & presentationMinimum 5 years' experience within a Retail Environment (Luxury Retail is a "nice to have")
  • Minimum 8 years' Business Analyst experience in CRM/ Marketing domains
  • Knowledge in US and Europe market practices
  • Ability to work multi-task and committed to timeline.
  • Team and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
  • Working experience within a multi-national multi-brand environment is a plus.
  • Experience managing vendor resource is an advantage.
  • Open and flexible to work with distributed team located in different physical locations in Asia, Europe, and US
  • Flexible to manage dynamic work environment with ad hoc tasks.
  • Fluent (Reading, writing, and speaking) in English.
  • Manager or (Senior) Business Analyst title will be offered based on candidate's profile and relevant experience.

Salary range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
