Summary
Maintains responsibility for the development, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Subaru Retail Digital Platforms and Tools.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Partnership Liaison with Shift Digital (vendor): Works closely with vendor partner (Shift Digital) on a variety of projects for website and digital tool service providers. Serves as an intermediary for project-related communications and timelines between vendors and retailers regarding new digital tools, reports, enhancements to websites and digital tools. Works to reach consensus for customer service issues. Analyzes parameters and outcomes of pilots or A/B tests with Shift Digital for websites or digital tools.
  • Partnership Liaison with Invoca (vendor): Works closely with vendor partner (Invoca) to support the Subaru Phone Call Data Collection and Analysis Program. Serves as an intermediary for project-related communications and timelines between vendors and retailers regarding phone data capabilities. Directly supports the ongoing maintenance and development of the Subaru Phone Call Data Collection and Analysis Program. Critical and immediate upkeep of retailer-level Invoca accounts during buy/sell events, new open points, or when retailers change website providers and Invoca accounts need to be modified to capture phone data.
  • Retailer Website Activations and Terminations: Maintains familiarity with the appropriate points of contact to be able to act as liaison with SOA retailer development, field teams, new retailers, and Retailer Website partners to ensure appropriate SOA required systems updates. Facilitates the activation of new retailer websites in buy/sell and new retailer transactions; including the creation & modifications of Invoca accounts to facilitate the Subaru Phone Data program. Ensures that all proper paperwork and information is collected and communicated to vendor partners during buy/sell or new retailer transactions. Maintains knowledge of how websites are launched within specified program guidelines and ensures that all required entities are kept informed throughout the various stages of the process from notification to setup, to "go-live."
  • Reporting and Analysis Support: Provides scheduled and ad-hoc reporting on multiple programs performance (website, digital tools, phone). Discovers insights and formulates recommendations for ongoing enhancements. Authors communications and announcements to multiple audiences: SOA stakeholders, Retailers, and vendor partners.
  • SOA Field and Retailer Support: Responds to requests from retailers (via retailerwebsites@subaru.com), SOA field, or directly from third party vendors. Supports the SOA field and the Subaru retailer body with communication and content concerning Retailer Website & Digital Tool initiatives, reporting metrics, actions items, etc. This would include content creation and management on communication platforms, such as Subarunet.com. Also, as a function of (in person) communication, will support two Subaru National Events: the Subaru National Business Conference (NBC) and the Subaru National Training Conference (NTC). Creates a strong presence for the Retailer Websites team at National level events with content that caters to the audience, and coordinates with vendors who are identified participants in these events.
  • Ensures timely and accurate launch of new Digital Platform & Tools products: Investigates, evaluates, and recommends new tools and enhancements for the retailer website program. Works with the retailer website program vendor and Retailer Web Operations Manager to develop recommendations for retailers based on market need and the evolving digital landscape.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Develops presentations capable of conveying information and concepts at the appropriate level of complexity for the intended audience.
  • User Accounts: Holds primary responsibility for coordinating with vendors to create or terminate user accounts for SOA retailer website facilitators as well as vendor partners when requested. Creates requests for Subarunet access for vendor partners as requested. Monitors the retailer website inbox for new and terminated personnel and creates new user accounts and removes user accounts based on human resources notifications.
  • Collaborates with agencies, platform providers, and internal departments.

Required Skills and Abilities
  • Expert in Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus.
  • Proven analytical skills including report generation and related analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with and influence others outside the team, department, and company (vendors and Retailers).
  • Strong understanding of Digital Platforms and website technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and a desire to learn more about all aspects of Subaru and retailer business.
  • Experience with retailer operations preferred.

Education/Experience Requirements: BA/BS with four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)
  • Required Travel: 25%
  • Internal Work Environment: Prolonged sitting at desk and working on a computer

Compensation: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $65800- $90000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
