This position is 100% office based in either our Ft Myers Fl home office or Brookhaven Georgia home office.
Summary:The Sr. Marketing Manager’s main responsibilities are to lead the marketing team and oversee the comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy and direct the execution collectively with the team. The ideal candidate will also be able to support the objectives and ensure the success of a growing telemedicine company. This key role directly manages the internal marketing team and external marketing agencies, serving as the main strategist to oversee the design, creation and tracking of marketing efforts across all marketing channels. This role defines and communicates the value proposition for all service lines across the organization, to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the business development function. The role collaborates closely with Business Development, Client Success, and Recruitment teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Maintains an active marketing calendar and cross-channel activities designed to capture targeted and qualified leads.
- Oversees implementation of all advertising and promotional activities across several marketing channels, including web, SEM, social media, video, email, event marketing, print and PR.
- Creates effective marketing materials in close collaboration with the Business Development team, to best represent our value proposition, driving awareness and interest in our services. Efforts may include collaboration with outside digital media vendors, agencies or creative resources, or the use of campaign management and graphic design leadership skills, to complete projects to a consistent branding quality standard.
- Develops and implements marketing tools within a continuous process improvement model, in close collaboration with the business development team. Maintains a comprehensive toolkit of updated and optimized support materials across several media channels to be leveraged at any stage in the pipeline by the entire Strategy & Growth team.
- Oversees ongoing Marketing Automation updates, lead scoring and marketing attribution model.
- Adjusts to business needs and market trends and refines best practices.
- Collaboratively oversees the coordination and execution of the live conference schedules and creates opportunities to engage with leads at these events.
- Supports the introduction of new service lines, by coordinating launch activities to support the go-to-market strategy.
- Contributes to team effort by addressing marketing requests from executive leaders.
- Appropriately lead team and collaboratively work through KPIs set to achieve annual goals.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and B2B lead generation strategies and practices.
- Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to master the company’s service lines, value proposition, points of difference, competitive landscape, and key motivators of hospital prospects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory, leadership and agency management skills (5+ years).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong, demonstrable project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to grammar, copywriting and editing as needed for marketing content.
- Occasional travel for Trade Shows and other events may be required
- MBA strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Bus. Ad., or related field, required.
- Previous experience in marketing and strategic planning required, including specific experience leading a marketing team and managing a budget; minimum seven (7) years total marketing experience with demonstrated career progression and excellent references.
- Experience in marketing of services is beneficial; exposure to health care/telemedicine is highly desired.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
