The IKCSenior Manager, Special Projects will report directly to the Group Vice President, Integrated Kidney Care. This teammate will support the development of the business strategy, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, organizing management processes, business communications internally and externally, and supporting employee engagement. This teammate will operate on a national level, working with central business functions and operating teams across the country.

Denver based, hybrid role- Tues, Wed & Thurs in office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the GVP, Integrated Kidney Care in crafting and executing on strategic imperatives
  • Organize Atlas Government IKC efforts and drive collaboration across lanes
  • Support internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver key messages
  • Coordinate leadership meetings including agenda setting, guest invites and action item capture and follow up
  • Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions
  • Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership
  • Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results
  • Lead the development and improvement of a top performing team
  • Work across operational and innovation teams to advance best-in-class capabilities in the market
  • Little Travel required: up to 25%
  • This role is based in Denver

Project Execution & Strategic Project Management:

  • Able to structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and drive execution
  • Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, resource requirements, and assumptions
  • Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomes
  • Communicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepares, reports, an manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue
  • Creates accountability mechanism so teams deliver on commitments
  • Provides structure for visibility across IKC lanes
  • Displays proactive communication to drive results across lanes

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Project Management, Strategy, and/or Consulting, or a similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives within healthcare or financial operations leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, value-based care models, and/or integrated care models preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
