Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or related field and 12+ years experience, 3+ of which should be in management.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

Sr. Manager- Project Finance (FP&A and Budgets)
KBR is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Project Finance (FP&A and Budgets) for our Engineering Business Unit located in Columbia, MD.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Coordinate, consolidate, manage, communicate and report annual P&L budgets (P&L and functional expenses)
- Coordinate, consolidate, manage, communicate and report periodic forecast updates as required by corporate
- Coordinate, consolidate, communicate and report monthly/ quarterly results to include trend analysis and variance to budget / forecast
- Coordinate, consolidate, communicate and report annual indirect budget to include base for indirect rates
- Coordinate, consolidate, manage, communicate and report periodic indirect forecast updates
- Monitor indirect actuals / rates and provide monthly/ quarterly results to include trend analysis and variance to budget / forecast
- Monitor annual capital request/ spend
- Prepare monthly EBU journal entries for month end close (subk accruals, gross margin loss, facility allocations, etc.)
- Prepare monthly EBU balance sheet account recs for specified accounts
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly Corporate reporting requirements and periodic uploads to HFM
- Prepare and report monthly bookings/ backlog to Corp
- Prepare monthly Finance Management Reporting package and all variance walks to budget, forecast, and prior year
- Prepare monthly EBU VP Reporting package
- Provide charging support / direction for EBU P-card holders; facilities coordinators and admins
- Prepare EBU quarterly SOX requirements / self testing
- Complete monthly/ quarterly GSA fee reporting requirements/ payments
- Complete quarterly Corp EBU Lease review / reporting requirements
- Prepare quarterly EBU Revenue Recognition Evaluation Templates and Revenue Memos for programs as required
