Sr. Manager, Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy

Location: Hybrid position in Atlanta, GA , Houston, TX or Paramus, NJ

The Sr. Manager of Omni-channel Marketing Strategy will be responsible for managing a team of marketing specialists in the development and execution of Omni-channel strategies for revenue generating activities for the Fisher Healthcare business. In this role you will collaborate with Data Science & Portfolio Marketing teams to identify attractive customer segments and build key strategies based on each customer’s purchasing journey.

You will have ownership over the entire lead generation process and management of leads through the funnel. Your goal will be to develop not only a robust Marketing Strategy but also a hard-working team to drive business growth. Through your leadership your team will be responsible for identifying, defining, and implementing all Omni-channel activities including email, digital, paid search, and social tactics, which will require a strong understanding of digital programs including but not limited to the suite of Adobe platforms, Eloqua, HTML, SQL, Sprinkler, Salesforce.com & other technologies. You will also have oversight of content creation and value messaging along with Omni-channel strategy optimization using commercial feedback, voice of customer insights, analytics and other marketing technologies to drive improvements across activities.

To be effective you will need to have excellent critical thinking skills, data driven decision making, and a passion for leading teams. You must also demonstrate a customer-centric approach and a consistent track record of developing and implementing Omni-channel programs. A requirement is a positive demeanor, an ability to work independently and exceptional leadership skills to get results.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth across all channels, including SEM, SEO, Fishersci.com, organic and paid social media, and email.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities and develop plans to execute on them.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to understand customer needs to drive supplier marketing activities and new product launches.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators to assess success of the online business and digital capabilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Lead financial/budget planning and forecasting and determines budget requirements drive enablement activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of digital, commercial and content specialists to drive professional development, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Set clear performance expectations and critical metrics, and monitor progress towards critical metric and e-commerce revenue achievement revenue targets
  • Champion a collaborative and innovative team culture, inspiring creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, product management and data science teams.
  • Ensure development and reporting of key metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing, agency or B2B/B2C marketing experience with a focus on Omni-channel Marketing Strategy development and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or post graduate degree equivalent a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital programs including but not limited to the suite of Adobe platforms, Eloqua, Power BI, HTML, SQL, Sprinkler, Saleforce.com & other technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to empower and inspire a team to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
