Talentry is looking or a Regulatory Senior Manager who can oversee and provide leadership for all compliance to regulatory requirements, both domestic and international, as it pertains to the cosmetic industry. 

This person will stay up to date on the changing regulatory requirements, and ensure that our organization maintains compliance, as well as build appropriate strategy with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and other departments. He or she will provide clear and effective risk analyses, recommend process and procedures, ensure proper labeling, artwork and other collateral information. 

The right person for this role will ensure WERCS compliance, oversee regulatory file storage and audits, ensure FDA and Health Canada registration of facilities and OTC products, work closely with quality professionals to create testing protocols to ensure licensee compliance, etc. 

Requirements: 

BS in Chemistry, or similar, and 10+ years of experience. 

Professional experience in cosmetics, or similar field, highly desired. 

Demonstrated understanding of cosmetics regulatory paradigms required. 

5+ years of FDA compliance and FDA audit experience. 

Ability to travel internationally (primarily Mexico). 
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
