The Sr Manager Digital Marketing Strategy will serve as a champion and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Direct marketing new buyer revenue generation campaigns. They will analyze audience data, plan and implement highly effective digital marketing strategies, and report on results ensuring campaigns are executed within budget. They will engage with members of other functional areas including Marketing operations, IT, Legal/ Compliance, Digital product, creative agencies, and strategic partners.
They will drive company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Build, plan and implement cost-effective digital marketing strategies to meet revenue generation goals for new business with a focus on market segments driven by data.
• Collaborate with data and operational teams to measure and report on program results.
• Continually track and report on KPIs, conduct ROI analysis to determine the effectiveness of strategic marketing programs and optimize campaign efforts accordingly.
• Regularly present updates to key partners on planned and current marketing strategies, program results, and schedules
• Partner with cross-channel/ cross-functional teams to drive revenue generation campaigns on time and on budget
• Analyze campaign and customer data using spreadsheet (Excel) models, web/email analytics tools (Google/Adobe), data visualization (Tableau) custom reporting tools (Cognos) and campaign management software (Airtable)
• Develop and analyze A/B and multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations for future marketing strategies
• Conduct research and analyze benchmarking data in order to advise future marketing strategies
• Support ad hoc analyses as assigned by management

To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 8+ years working in Digital Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create action plans
- Working knowledge of different digital marketing channels and their best practices
- Innovative, results-driven problem solver
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
