Job Description
As a Senior Maintenance Technician - PLC (also known as Electrical Maintenance Technician, Automation Technician), you'll ensure equipment uptime through in-depth electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC & 24VDC components. You'll have a strong working knowledge of various operating systems including Allen Bradley (AB), B&R automation, Siemens, and Zenon. You'll also act as a subject matter expert for the plant in frequency drives, human machine interface (HMI), plant operating systems and data collection/system backups.

- High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting one or more of the following automation systems: Allen Bradley (AB), B&R, and/or Siemens.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
