What you will do:
PGIM Real Estate Loan Services is seeking a Sr. Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist who will be responsible for the servicing of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and 3rd Party loans. Their day to day activities may consist of various servicing processes throughout the life of the loan such as new loan setup, cash processing, handling borrower requests, disbursement processing, system updates for loan modifications, billing, suspense, deliquency monitoring as well as preparing pay off calculations.
This team is following a hybrid arrangement and are in the office in Dallas, Texas at least 3 times a week.
What you can expect:
- Proactively monitor daily and monthly reports to ensure loan and system accuracy and research and work issues and exceptions.
- Monitor servicing triggers to ensure loan structure and loan requirements are followed.
- Interpret servicing agreements, government regulations, and loan documents to ensure servicing and reporting requirements are being met.
- Maintain relationships with other departments (such as Accounting, Asset management, Special servicing, investor reporting, other servicing teams, etc.) and other PGIM offices.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting internal clients and borrowers in researching and resolving concerns/issues in an expedited manner.
- Review current processes and recommend process improvements as appropriate to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Mortgage Servicing
- Experience using a Loan Servicing system (i.e. McCracken/Strategy)
- A detailed understanding of loan terms, complex loan documents, capital structures, pooling, investor reporting and servicing agreements, servicing functions, and process flows
- Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to perform in a customer oriented team environment utilizing leadership skills, professionalism, multitasking, and collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate and make presentations to all levels of staff and management.
