Job Summary
Under supervision, this position is responsible for the processing of Producer/Broker onboarding requests. This includes submitting DOI appointment requests, verifying licenses, tracking Error and Omission Insurance, broker information and conducting background inquiries. Along with the maintenance of the producer/Brokers record in a SAP database environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of college or 2 years business experience.
- Organization and planning skills.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of state insurance requirements and/or licensing a plus
- 1 year Microsoft Suite experience
- 1 year of producer licensing strongly preferred
This is a Telecommute role. Must live a commutable distance to Richardson, TX.
