This role is with the Cognizant PEGA Practice within Enterprise Platform Services Team (PEGA-EPS). We partner with clients to power engagements across the PEGA ecosystem. Job Description: While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of application development with skills in Java, distributed cache technology and building scalable robust systems. In return you will have opportunity to gain exposure to designing, developing, and deploying applications to the internal/external cloud.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega business process management.
• The design and develop Java, Spring Boot, Microservices based Applications and unit testing Ensure that all development is as per agreed coding, design standards along with code coverage as per given standards.
• Knowledge in Asset Wealth Management and Asset Management Operations is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 to $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
