Sr. Instrumentation & Controls Technician
Award-Winning Automation Systems Integrator seeks mid level or senior Instrument Technician open to 100% travel (overnight travel):
- Able to read & interpret schematics, drawings as well as comprehension of electricity & circuits
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Troubleshooting & calibrating control systems
- Calibrating instrumentation
- Set up Instrumentation & calibrate using meters & tools
- Preventative & corrective maintenance
- Instrumentation installation background
- Experience with install and maintenance projects in the automation of industrial processes
- Testing functions
- Experience working with PLC's, HMI's & SCADA systems including Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Wonderware, Siemens, GE Fanuc, Emerson DeltaV, Schneider Electric and/or Modicon
- Troubleshoot I/O's
- Oil & Gas (Midstream preferred), Water/Wastewater, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Cogen Plants, Combined Cooling Heat and Power, Data Centers, Packaging & Process Controls experience
- Experience working in the field at customer sites
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
- CCST and Fiber Optic certifications a plus
- Ability to work well independently
