The stated pay range is based on a national average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills, and location. This position is bonus-eligible.

CNO Financial Group’s IT team is looking for a Sr. Infrastructure Architect – Enterprise Content Management who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing ECM solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of content management best practices, with specific expertise in IBM FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, IBM Content Search Services, IBM Content Collection, and Captiva Capture, to support the efficient capture, storage, retrieval, and distribution of critical business information.

As a Sr. Infrastructure Architect – Enterprise Content Management,your responsibilities will include:

  • ECM Strategy and Design: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop ECM strategies that meet business requirements. Designing scalable and efficient ECM solutions using IBM FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, IBM Content Search Services, IBM Content Collection, and Captiva Capture.
  • Technical Leadership : Providing technical leadership in ECM and FileNet-related initiatives. Mentoring and guiding junior architects and developers in best practices.
  • Solution Architecture : Developing detailed solution architectures, considering scalability, security, and integration requirements. Ensuring that ECM solutions align with industry standards and compliance regulations.
  • System Integration: Integrating ECM solutions with existing systems and applications, including third-party tools, to create a seamless content management environment.
  • IBM FileNet Expertise: Leveraging in-depth knowledge of IBM FileNet to implement and configure FileNet components, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Content Navigator.
  • IBM ECM Suite: Implementing and configuring IBM Enterprise Records, IBM Content Search Services, IBM Content Collection, and Captiva Capture as part of the ECM ecosystem.
  • Performance Optimization : Continuously monitoring and optimizing ECM solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Documentation: Creating comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting quality assurance and testing activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of ECM solutions.
  • Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users and administrators to ensure the effective utilization of ECM systems.

The Sr. Infrastructure Architect – Enterprise Content Management positionis well-suited for you if you:

  • Have extensive expertise in IBM FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records, IBM Content Search Services, IBM Content Collection, and Captiva Capture.
  • Possess strong knowledge of content management best practices, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Have a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable ECM solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Are a strong communicator and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, or related computing major required, OR 8 years of relevant experience, as an equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect in Enterprise Content Management

What will set you apart:

  • Relevant certifications in Enterprise Content Management and IBM FileNet are a plus.

Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando, and Milwaukee) have access to come into that office. Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US-based location, as long as you are willing to work Central or Eastern time zone hours.

All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

Pay Range: $102,600.00 - $154,000.00 Annual
