Job Summary
The HFM Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems to support the accounting and finance functions of Papa John's International operations. This leader is the technical owner of HFM, Essbase, EPMA, FDMEE, Financial Reports, and Workspace products as well as the integrations/feeds in and out of EPM. The HFM Administrator is also responsible for all aspects of the close process in support of accounting and finance including maintenance, security, data loads, balancing controls, and other duties as required. This leader will partner closely with accounting and finance to identify and implement solutions. This role will also be involved in the transition to Oracle Cloud EPM for Planning and FCC (financial close and consolidation) which is in progress.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and support of HFM, EPMA, FDMEE, Financial Reporting, SmartView, Workspace, EPM integrations, and other financial systems
- Lead the implementation of Metadata change requests from users in a timely manner
- Lead the resolution of break-fix incidents including P1 critical business disruptions/outages
- Implement and process reporting changes as requested
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of Oracle EPM
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the HFM applications
- Participate in transitioning to an Oracle Cloud solution
- Manage and ensure the financial data is loaded properly to HFM (monthly) and all validation checks are performed correctly
- Coordinate user account creation and adjustments
- Provide primary technical support
Education, Experience and Certifications
- 4-5 years of experience working closely with Hyperion systems, or similar software
- Experience managing and analyzing financial systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HFM, EMPA, FDMEE, Essbase and SmartView version 11.1 or better
- Experience in EPBSC, FCCS, EPM Automate and EDMCS
- Experience in Accounting and Financial Close processes

- Hands on experience with basic Windows Server application support
