Sr. Financial Planning Analyst (Bilingual English & Korean)

We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join LG Magna E-Powertrain USA's dynamic team as a Sr. Financial Planning Analyst (Bilingual English/Korean).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting analyzing company's business performance and managing all business operations.
• Responsible for communication with HQ, regarding company's operation, management and performance
• Establish and forecast company's short term and mid-long term business plan
• Provide financial information for management to make decisions accurately and timely and achieve company's goal
• Managing and monitoring Key Performance Indicator
• Develop, establish and continuously improve financial procedures and reporting
• Working presentations for management on business operations
• Responsible for Transfer Price management on short and long term basis
• Support liquidity management, cash forecasting, AP payment
• Manage investment activity and budget
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience required
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean language
• Proficient knowledge of accounting and finance including variance analysis
• Ability to deliver timely and accurate information
• Expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Formulas, etc.), PowerPoint and Word
• Analytical Thinking - ability to identify patters across situations that are not obviously related and to identifying key underling issues in complex situations
• Continuous Learning- Actively identifying new areas for learning
