Your Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing labor usage across North American stores and making recommendations to Stores leadership. This role will work cross-functionally with Store Operations, Regional Managers, District Managers and Finance.

Your Impact
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting is distributed to the field weekly, regarding their overall payroll management
- Partner with key operational and cross-functional experts to understand the flow of activities to the store to account for them in plans, including understanding any significant movements and adjusting plans accordingly
- Responsible for P&L forecasting and budgeting for discrete payroll items for brand visual activity, project work, etc.
- Evaluate models to optimize labor allocation, analyze business trends and develop action plans to influence the timing and funding of fleet-wide initiatives and individual store accountability
- Prepare and present variance analysis to management
- Demonstrates excellent time management, organization skills and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all cross-functional partners
- Complete special ad hoc projects for stores leadership

Maximum Salary: $112,665.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
- Three to five years financial analysis experience
- Advanced PC skill proficiency including Excel and Access
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, including balancing across multiple priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects
- Comfortable with environment of change, group decision making and challenging the status quo
- Retail experience a plus
