About the Sr Financial Analyst position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst who will specialize in designing processes around analysis and forecasting, your role is multifaceted and crucial to the financial health and strategic decision-making of your organization.

What you'll do as a Sr Financial Analyst:

• Develop processes and methodologies for financial analysis and forecasting to enhance accuracy, relevance, and profitability. This may include: Establishing standardized reporting formats and templates and educating stakeholders on best practices.
• Implement new processes and tools around data analytics to improve pricing, margins, and cash forecasting.
• Collect and analyze financial information for products, pricing, and overheads and recommend applicable changes to achieve the company's profitability goals.
• Apply cost analysis to proposed Sales Orders to assist in the approval process.
• Report current or expected financial performance and create financial models to guide decision-making.
• Analyze cash flow and expenditures, to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.

What you'll need to be a successful Sr Financial Analyst:

• At least 4-6 years of experience in Financial Analytics and Cost Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. An advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite (Preferred) or other enterprise-level accounting applications.
• Handles complex issues and problems.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Statistical knowledge.
• Detail oriented.
• Time management skills.
