Summary:This position will be responsible for the analysis, investigation, research and forecasting needs of the organization's financial planning.

- Work cross functionally to ensure accurate reporting on all financial metrics and key performance indicators
- Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyzes and recommendations
- Researching and analyzing industries, companies, historical financial statements and projecting financial information.
- Identify and drive process improvements, growth initiatives, and cost savings initiatives
- Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least two years of work experience in finance, accounting or business operations
- Must have knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Must have broad-based operational experience covering all aspects of the monthly, quarterly and annual close and financial reporting.
- Must have excellent verbal, written and listening skills and have the ability to provide written and verbal instructions and present information clearly
- Must be able to pass basic skills assessment for Microsoft Excel and also demonstrate basic skills with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Must be discreet and able to hold sensitive information confidential.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
