Overview
Lennar is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with strong understanding of finance and experience running financial models in Excel.
Responsibilities
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Running various projects or scenarios through already existing financial models with the ability to make adjustments that may be unique to a specific project or scenario that would require tracing back formulas and the ability to adjust
- Strong enough understanding of finance that you should be able to anticipate which direction financial metrics would move with a specific change in an assumptions or inputs
- Ability to create unique financial summaries that would be concise, clean and logically presented
- Preparation of Investment Recommendations
- Budget management and tracking for existing projects
- Preparation of investor and lender materials
- Pipeline management
- Preparation of investor and lender materials
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3-7 years relevant work experience; experience in Financial Modeling required. Experience in Real Estate industry preferred; will consider relevant experience in other hard assets as well as those with strong finance, credit and banking backgrounds.
- Bachelor's Degree required
