As an Engineering leader, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams and leverage your technical expertise to deliver on organization’s vision & objectives. Develop an understanding for user behavior to create deeply enriching personalized experiences. In doing so, you will create new opportunities in the space of subscriptions, offerings and pricing. You will lead engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems in functional areas related to cost, pricing, and payments. Expand your team over time and develop top research and engineering talent with an emphasis on fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance. Make data-driven decisions and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth and improve user experience. Communicate regularly with cross functional stakeholders and provide updates on overall program progress, challenges, and successes. Ensure that all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
